Notesy

Privacy Policy

Effective date: April 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Notesy collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Notesy mobile app and related web services.

Information We Collect

How We Use Information

Microphone Access

Notesy requests microphone permission only for the voice note feature. If you grant access, the app can record audio that you intentionally capture so it can be saved, transcribed, and turned into notes or summaries. Notesy does not access the microphone unless you start a voice recording.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers that help operate authentication, syncing, analytics, AI processing, hosting, and billing, but only to the extent needed to provide the service.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can delete app content from within Notesy, and account deletion handling may remove associated cloud data where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

Notesy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date on this page.
